I just saw a need. When I was working alone in my office sans mask, it was fine. But if someone came in or I dashed out to the printer or to grab something in the common space, I had to remember to put the mask back on and located it again in a jiffy. I needed a solution and so I experimented with a few initial designs with whatever material I had at home.

Some are more utilitarian, while others are also pretty. I had requests for beaded ones with aroma beads. They are a little heavier than the string or ribbon lanyards. These all clasp on nicely to thin elastic on the blue medical masks. For the guys, or anyone who might not want beads, there are parachute cords and leather knots. The parachute cords have larger clasps for cloth masks. They are also heavier than the leather ones.

There will be more beaded elastic lanyards and more ribbon and leather colours to come. I currently have lots of Parachute and Leather ones made. Parachutes are either burgundy or purple. Leathers In stock are black, tan and dusty rose.
